Specific financing options
Winners Leasing, which is a subsidiary of the financial group Winners Group, offers the following services:
- Intermediation of a financial lease or loan for purchasing personal vehicles, commercial vehicles weighing under 3.5 tons and commercial vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons, including choosing the best financial option and its features

Leasing
A rental of movable and immovable items based on a lease contract between the lessor (lease company) and the lessee (client), with the amount of financial resources being determined by mutually approved terms and conditions.
Benefits
- conserves disposable assets, since lease payments are paid gradually and other financial resources are unbound by the working capital and are therefore free for the client to use as they see fit
- makes it possible to generate income from the financed item even before the item is acquired as one’s own property (i.e. during the rental period)
Loan for specific purpose
A form of acquiring an investment, similar to a bank loan. The client is granted a loan for the purchase of the purpose of the loan (subject of the financing), while they financially contribute to the purchase of the purpose of the loan in an amount determined by mutually approved terms and conditions.

- the lessee is the economic owner of the purpose of the loan from the moment the contract is concluded
- the financing period can last from 6 to 60 months, since when as regards loans, this is not limited by law
- the possibility to pay off the loan in advance at any point
Operating lease
A short-term to medium-term rental. The financing contract does not contain a preemptive right to the item purchase for the lessee. After the expiration of the financing period, the item remains the lease company’s property. The point of an operating lease therefore is the usage of a rented item, not its acquirement.
